Esther holds a certificate in Adult and Continuing Education, and specializes in literacy education with adult and school dropouts. She is actively engaged in her own continuing education, pursuing the International Certificate in Digital Literacy and other online courses that enhance her skills and better support the organization.

Esther started her career working with illiterate adults, helping them gain literacy in order to navigate the professional world where reading and writing are crucial for success. She was introduced to Kiwimbi while working as an adult educator in a government literacy program in the local community and became part of the Kiwimbi team.

Esther has a passion for community development and yearns for her community to prosper. To that end, she is willing to share her skills whenever they are needed with hard work and dedication.
