Mark Ometur holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry, where his research focused on the Benefits of Afforestation on Rural Livelihoods: A Case Study of Amagoro in Teso North Sub-County, Busia County. He is currently completing an online course in Human Resource Management to further strengthen his professional expertise and commitment to organizational operations, human resource management, and administrative functions.

He is dedicated to Kiwimbi because it’s more than just a workplace but rather a community striving towards a common purpose. He believes in the vision of empowering children through education to unlock their potential and that is what drives him to work hard to help the children who visit the Library, improve their skills in literacy and numeracy.

Working at Kiwimbi allows him to contribute meaningfully to something larger than himself and to be part of a team that is making a positive impact in the world. Every day, he is inspired by the dedication and commitment of his colleagues, and he feels fortunate to be able to contribute his skills and efforts towards their shared goals.

He is building himself to be one of the heroes in the world, whose dream is to help a needy child reach greater heights through education. He is a committed mentor to children, helping them achieve their academic goals and personal goals.
