Dr. Kate Maundu David

Board Member, Kiwimbi Kenya

Dr. Kate Maundu David is a Consultant Prosthodontist in private practice at Parkview Dental, Nairobi, and also serves as a Consultant Prosthodontist for the County Government of Machakos. She holds both her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from the University of Nairobi and is a member of the International Team for Implantology.

Dr. Kate serves on the Board of Kiwimbi, an NGO committed to advancing education, nutrition, and learning opportunities for children in Kenya. Her connection to Kiwimbi is personal. She benefited from the Isunguluni program, a former affiliate of Kiwimbi, during her own schooling.

Guided by mentors such as Prof. Olubayi, Dr. Kate is passionate about Kiwimbi’s work to educate children, provide daily meals, and create library and study spaces. For her, serving on the board is a way to give back and ensure more children have access to the opportunities that shaped her future.
