As a founding director, Joe has worked with staff and other board members to develop opportunities for Individuals in underserved communities through multiple facets of education, particularly vocational programs. He has extensive international experience in the private and public sectors, creating and managing programs and  businesses in the Middle East, Asia, Eastern Europe, and Africa.
